To manage your class roster from either the Dashboard or your Classes page select the three dots to the right of the class, and choose View Class.
After Pressing View Class, you are brought to the Class Details page
Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see the class roster and an option to Add People to class. Please press Add People
On this page you can type in the client's email you'd like to add to the class. You are given a few options to how you'd like to add the client:
Here you have the option to
- Invite the client for free
- Invite the client to book the class
- Use the client's package
- Charge the clients cc
- and the ability to add a cc if they do not have one in the system
Last press Confirm!
Also from the class roster, you are able to chat directly with the client:
and also remove and issue refunds to select clients. To do this, press the three dots next to the client in the roster, and you will see 3 options:
- Cancel and refund
- This removes the client from the class and refunds their original payment method
- Cancel and don't refund
- This removes the client from the class and does NOT refund their original payment method
- Refund
- This keeps the client in the class and refunds their original payment method
